Hourglass Journey
Embracing Your Figure
This has gone from an hourglass journey to one dedicated to embracing the skin you’re in.
It has taken me many years to embrace the figure that I was given.
I love my slender frame . *twirls*
Since I am no longer aiming for more curves or ”definition,” my weight gain plan has been eliminated entirely. I will no longer be monitoring my caloric intake and eating everything in sight. *smile*
I will, however, continue to do a few of the things I did before; such as:
Working out to ensure that I remain nice and limber (for no more than 30 minutes daily)
Running on the beach in the mornings when time permits
Drinking 8 glasses of water daily
Consuming fruits and veggies (juiced) daily — i.e. each and every morning.
